A bit ironic? Bioshock (the first one) took a jab at types of economies, and I thought it was interesting how it showed the inherent problems with pure capitalism as it matures and creates barriers to entry for those with good ideas and zero funding, not to mention child labor. The Fallout series has a lot to say about nuclear weapons and various types of governments. And cults. And racism. You can comment about a lot of things after the bombs drop. And of course who hasn't cried over a game when a favorite character dies? It can be all too personal sometimes.

I bought a game, sort of game, a bit over a year ago, I think, called To The Moon. Playing this game, in my opinion, is not much more strenuous than watching someone play it, largely because it is only sort of a game. Part game, part movie, part book? Difficult to describe it. And unless you are a robot, it is impossible to play this game without shedding a tear. Not an immature story, either. Very personal. If you are the type who likes to watch games for their content, I encourage you to check out To The Moon and "play" it for yourself. Because of how the story unfolds, there is something visceral about being the person who pushes the button that makes the next scene unfold. Truly a revolutionary way to tell a story.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07114417262194703621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-905891010680413627.post-40146633174540091922014-07-23T04:26:47.056-07:002014-07-23T04:26:47.056-07:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
